She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as Culture Development. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into human and business strategies through engaging employees and managing change. She is a lover of learning, and she views leadership and team-building as the ultimate advantage. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her to create cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and energy to help support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working she offers support for a variety of non-profit organizations.
