Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She earned her Pro Card within a year and was 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy with her placement. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using the machine along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and the other days heavy weight.
